Accounts Manager (Systems)
Merlin is responsible for Keystone's account database management, processing of applications and claims, and support for Keystone's finance processes.
She has more than fifteen years’ experience in IT networking, team management, account management, office administration, budget preparation, and customer service. She holds a number of qualifications including a Bachelor of Engineering, Masters in Human Resources, Master of Accounting and a Diploma in Leadership and Management.
Since 2020, Merlin has been employed part time as an administrator in a Tasmanian construction company.
Merlin believes people are the backbone of all businesses. Her broad experience means that she can understand issues from multiple perspectives, and she prides herself of delivering exceptional customer service. She loves interacting with people and looks forward to meeting the many employers and employees who are supported by Keystone Tasmania.
Merlin likes to explore new places, chill out with family and friends, and experience new cuisine. Her passion is cooking - she loves it when people enjoy her food!
