Diverse employment strategies

This project will promote diversity. Several construction trade employers interested in employing diversity will undertake a 12-month diversity change program.

The online program, incorporating bias, bystander and cultural awareness workshops, will be supported by monthly meetings with a Workplace Diversity Officer to introduce diversity and inclusion into strategic planning, operations and workplace culture.

Project duration: 12 months

Keystone funding: $50,000
