Course Summary

Course Description

Candidates will be permitted by this course and be equipped with skills and knowledge to undertake work involving high pressure water jetting Class B operations under supervision.

As a result of this program, candidates will be able to:

  • assess hazards and risk associated with water jetting and implementing controls
  • select, inspect, donn, doff and caring for PPE
  • identify the most appropriate safety systems for work associated with the water jetting system
  • Use a high-pressure water jetting system under supervision

  • MSMPER200 Work in accordance with an issued permit
  • MSMWHS110 Follow emergency response procedures
  • MSMWHS200 Work safely
  • MSMWJ202 Use high-pressure water jetting equipment
