Course Summary
This program builds the leadership capabilities needed for individuals and teams to collaborate effectively and to exercise shared responsibility for safety. Over 11 weeks, participants explore proven practical tools, frameworks and techniques that for over a decade have generated significant safety and performance improvements globally in hazardous operations.
Content is delivered through 3 hours of learning each week comprising reading, online interactive lectures, online tutorials, and 1:1 interactions with a dedicated facilitator.
