Course Summary

This 1-day course will provide participants with an understanding of the concepts and principals for managing psychological health and safety risks and provides practical guidance for organisations to develop a mental health strategy tailored to meet the needs of their organisation.

The course also includes an overview of the requirements of ISO 45003:2021 –Psychological health and safety at work - Guidelines for managing psychosocial risk with practical guidance for organisations to implement and integrate the standard into their existing health and safety management system.
