Course Summary

This course will provide an overview of Personal Injury Law and how it affects you and your business.

Topics covered in this course include:

  1. Introduction to Personal Injury
  2. Common Law Principles
  3. Workers’ Compensation
  4. Do I Need a Lawyer?
  5. Liaising with the solicitors for the other side and the Court
  6. Do I have to go to Court?
  7. What if the Court gets it wrong?

Course Outcome: Upon completing this course you will have a better understanding of Personal Injury Law, the law concerned with compensating persons who have been injured by another person, or thing. You will learn how to best proceed and the possible outcomes you should expect.

A series of online closed questions that are auto marked; questions are directly related to the learning material covered in the course.

Participants are required to achieve a pass rate of 80% to successfully complete the course.

The course allows up to three (3) attempts to successfully complete all the assessment questions.

Participants will be sent a CPD certificate by email upon successful completion of the course materials and assessment process.
