Course Summary

The course will take a complete view of industry stakeholders, notably contractors, clients/customers, sub-contractors, suppliers, regulators, utility owners and the general public, and explore;

  • Their perspectives, feelings, motivations and expectations
  • Contractor culture in relation to stakeholders and the associated impacts on and perceptions in relation to the corporate image
  • The benefits of good relatitionships, how they can be achieved and the likely impacts of bad relationships
  • Who is responsible for maintaining good relationships, the attitute and behaviours of the contractors team to stakeholders and the importance of team leadership.

Suits all industry Members, particularly those with stakeholder interfaces.
