Course Summary
The course will take a complete view of industry stakeholders, notably contractors, clients/customers, sub-contractors, suppliers, regulators, utility owners and the general public, and explore;
- Their perspectives, feelings, motivations and expectations
- Contractor culture in relation to stakeholders and the associated impacts on and perceptions in relation to the corporate image
- The benefits of good relatitionships, how they can be achieved and the likely impacts of bad relationships
- Who is responsible for maintaining good relationships, the attitute and behaviours of the contractors team to stakeholders and the importance of team leadership.
