Course Summary
The course is delivered through classroom learning including practical workshops and simulated sessions, where participants can practice their negotiation, problem solving and communication skills with professional actors. The training is conducted in a safe environment with regular feedback provided to participants throughout the course.
Each participant will experience a role playing session with the actors, followed by feedback from the trainer. There will be a 30-minute group debrief at the end.
