- Risk assessment/hierarchy of control
- Detailed theory component
- Rigger responsibilities
- Lifting gear inspection and fault identification
- Hand, two-way radio and whistle signals
- Plan and prepare for work
- Intensive practical component
- Install a pulley and winch, 4 knots/splices/hitches
- Steel erection, install a safety net and static line
- Erect a mast climber and placement of pre cast structure
