Course Summary

This course provides an understanding of the requirements for designing and building in bushfire-prone areas. Participants will learn how to identify the bushfire attack level, interpret plans and reports, and comply with relevant legislation and standards. In addition, the course covers commonly asked questions and provides practical guidance on designing and constructing compliant buildings. On successful completion of this course, participants will have the skills and knowledge necessary to confidently design and build in bushfire-prone areas, while factoring in statutory requirements.
