Creating Preferred Futures & Master Plumbers Association Tasmania

Strategic & Business Capacity-Building

The plumbing sector has a rapid uptake of new technologies and technical standards. This project will ensure the sector’s business knowledge, skills, technologies and processes are also contemporary.

The project will provide targeted mentoring to plumbing businesses using a tailored business reporting system called ERIC. ERIC is a cloud-based platform that helps business owners use data they have already collected for other purposes. ERIC combines data to help owners and managers confidently control the business to achieve improved performance, productivity and reduce the stresses of ownership.

Project duration: 12 months

Keystone funding: $50,000
