Keystone Tasmania will now support a range of leadership courses designed to grow and enhance practical leadership skills across the building and construction industry.
We know that leadership and supervision are decisive factors in whether people stay or leave the industry. Under its strategic focus on workforce retention, Keystone is investing in stronger leadership - supporting supervisors and managers to lead well, build positive cultures, and create workplaces where people want to stay and thrive.
We’ve compiled a range of leadership development opportunities tailored for new supervisors, through to more experienced leaders in construction across Tasmania. Each course will attract an 80% rebate, which will be available until funds are exhausted.
