NAWIC Awards for Excellence - Introducing the Keystone Next Step Award

The Keystone Next Step Award supports a woman in the Tasmanian building and construction industry to take the next step in her career. This award comprises $3000 cash award, and up to $7,000 for professional development support, which may be any activity or expenditure that the applicant can clearly relate to the next steps in her career.

The winner of this inaugural award was Heidi Hofler from Wilson Homes.

Heidi has a particular interest in work health and safety culture, and will use the award funding to develop her leadership skills in this challenging but important area. Congratulations Heidi!
