Mountain Heights School in Queenstown, in partnership with the Industry Training Hub and Link Resources, have developed a ‘Get Into Civil’ program designed to support skills in civil construction, language, literacy and numeracy and employability work readiness.

In partnership with Keystone Tasmania, Four Quadrants Consulting (4QC) has developed the Next Step Business Skills Coaching Program to help the Tasmanian building and construction industry build resilience and sustainability for long term success.

HIA recently partnered with Savant Australia to deliver and complete Part A of its Mentoring Program (Mentoring the Mentor) in Tasmania. This was the inaugural run for the program and by all accounts it has been highly successful. This program would not have been possible without vital funding from Keystone.

HIA’s Apprenticeship scheme has launched in Tasmania, enhancing its national reputation as a leading Group Training Organisation while encouraging more Tasmanians to pursue careers in the residential construction industry.
