Course Summary

This course covers compliance with working safely up to the defined “safe approach distance” near energised electrical apparatus (inc. electrical powerlines) for nonelectrical workers.

The work functions that would benefit from this training include plant operators, painters, vegetation control, riggers, scaffolders and other persons that need to work safely and comply with requirements and established procedures near live electrical infrastructure.

CERTIFICATION On successful completion, participants will receive a Statement of Attainment for UETDREL006 Work safely in the vicinity of live electrical apparatus as a non-electrical worker.
