Course Summary

This training will provide participants a refresher training and update of the required knowledge and skills to:

  • Perform mandatory electrical testing in accordance with AS/NZS 3000, AS 3017 & AS/NZS 4741 requirements,
  • Safely perform electrical testing to confirm circuit integrity from the distribution network to the installation IPD/main switch, (Includes multiple tenancy switchboard & private overhead servicing arrangements)
  • Confirm neutral integrity & identify high resistance connections & electrical hazards,
  • Meet electrical regulatory compliance obligations.
