Course Summary

Introduction to forklift trucks

  1. High risk licensing and the law
  2. Plan work task
  3. Prepare for work/task
  4. Perform work/task
  5. Pack up

This course consists of 2 sessions.

  1. Introduction and enrolment session up to 4 hours duration
  2. Assessment session up to 4 hours

If students successfully complete the course they will be issued with an interim licence to perform high risk work to operate a forklift truck issued by WORK SAFE TASMANIA.
