Course Summary

Right Choice Training's ICAM Course Program is designed specifically for anyone who will be leading an incident investigation team, which may include supervisors, safety representatives, managers, safety officers, union officials and inspectors etc.

The Incident Cause Analysis Method (ICAM) is a well-known and highly respected incident investigation methodology that has been used globally in many industries for over two decades. The aim of an incident investigation using ICAM is not only to find out what happened, but importantly, identify why it happened and how we can stop it happening again.

For those personnel appointed as Lead Incident Investigators, it is critical that they have in-depth knowledge and skills not only of how to investigate incidents, but how to manage resources to achieve the incident aim of prevention of recurrence and reduction of risk.
