Course Summary

This course is designed to give participants a basic, practical overview of best-practice erosion and sediment control. The workshop is designed to be relevant for anyone involved in civil works, from those who prepare and review plans for erosion and sediment control to those who are responsible for installing, maintaining, overseeing or inspecting site works. It aims to equip participants with the basic knowledge and skill to address erosion and sediment control issues on any and all sites.

The workshop includes a powerpoint-style presentation with photo examples, a discussion forum, basic group exercises and numerous question times. It is designed to be interactive, engaging and interesting.
