Course Summary
The content in this program is deeply instructional and loaded with practical examples. Over 12 weeks, participants explore the 5 core capabilities of creating influence, managing risk, managing work, leading change and facilitating learning.
Content is delivered through 3-5 hours of learning each week comprising reading, online interactive lectures, online tutorials and 1:1 interactions with a dedicated facilitator.
