Operations Manager
Jana is responsible for the operational implementation of our core business and strategic projects. She leads Keystone's operational team in the delivery of our online applications and claims system, as well as the administration associated with the provision of training and project funding
Jana will also grow Keystone’s internal capacity, by developing our systems and processes and ensuring strategic work is appropriately supported by operational resources. Jana has an extensive background in finance, accounting, HR and organisational change management. Her most recent roles have included Group Corporate Services Manager (Aus & NZ) with a major Tasmanian aquaculture business and Finance, HR and project work with construction, technology and transport businesses.
