Keystone was honoured to attend the recent launch of the NECA Education and Careers Program, WaTT (Women & Their Trade).
The WaTT program looks at the barriers preventing women from entering electrical apprenticeships and, working with our electrical contracting partners, plans to pave the way for equity of women in electrical apprenticeships.
The WaTT project will see women engage in their electrical apprenticeship with NECA Education & Careers. Assisting those apprentices through to successful completion and to arm them with tools, resources and support that will see them benefit for well into their electrical careers.
