The first annual Multicultural Tasmania Employer Conference will be held on Thursday 7th July at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Hobart from 8:30am-1:30pm.
MTEC 2022 will showcase Tasmanian businesses who have benefited from diversifying their workplace. For many businesses, diversity and inclusion are the keys to remaining competitive and relevant in a world of low unemployment and high talent shortages.
MTEC 2022 has been designed to help expand business leader’s perceptions of the challenges, barriers benefits and potential value of looking for talent in the culturally and linguistically diverse community.
During the conference there will be time to network with other business representatives, as well as organisations who can support your business connect with highly skilled and enthusiastic migrants wanting to work.
