Several construction trade employers interested in employing diversity will undertake a 12-month diversity change program with Tradeswomen Australia. This online and face-to-face program will focus on changing workplace culture and strategic planning to promote employment diversity practices.

In this project, Tradeswomen Australia will provide diversity recruitment training for organisational leaders, HR and senior site managers across several construction businesses.

To assist businesses to recruit more culturally and linguistically diverse people, the Migrant Resource Centre will deliver a cultural change program to raise awareness of structural barriers to a diverse workforce such as bias and discrimination.

Keystone is supporting HIA to create an on-demand 60-minute Green Smart short course via a Learning Management System.

In association with the Master Plumbers Association Tasmania, this project will provide targeted mentoring to plumbing businesses using a tailored business reporting system. The project is a development and testing pilot, with a view to expanding its offering more broadly in future.
