Leaders and emerging leaders will be equipped with the skills and knowledge required to effectively lead their teams to achieve the safety and production targets needed in this competitive and challenging environment.

Designed for people who work in leadership roles including supervisors, managers, leading hands, team leaders, and coordinators. The program is also ideal for emerging leaders to prepare them to transition into leadership roles. This program incorporates your companies policies, procedures, systems and relevant processes.

Our approach

Leaders attend five two-day training workshops to learn and practice the leadership tools in simulated work activities including groups and one on one. There is approximately six-weeks between each workshop to enable leaders to go back and apply these skills in the workplace. Transtegic provides ongoing support to all learners, and progress reports are provided to the employer.
